Under the mutual understanding between Norbuling Children’s Home & Saraswati Foundation, 27 dayscholar children of Norbuling Children’s Home have been shifted to Saraswati Foundation since July 2014. Norbuling Children’s Home is running project for Home where as Saraswati Foundation is running project for Dayscholarship program for poor & needy children. Dayscholar children are those who lives with their family and all the educational supports are provided by Saraswati Foundation.
